Hiring: RightAngle Systems Support Analyst Company: Targa Resources Location: Houston, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:13:39 Target Skills & Keywords : .NET, ASP.NET, Agile, Azure DevOps, C#, Data Warehouse, ETL, HTML, Integration Testing, JavaScript, MVC, PHP, SQL, SQL Server, VB.NET About the job Experience: •3+ years of experience with ETRM system such as Right Angle. •4+ years of experience developing within the .NET framework •4+ years of experience with Oracle or SQL Server including stored procedures, triggers and scripts Required Skills: •Application Support & Maintenance •Provide day-to-day production support for ETRM system and integrations, troubleshooting complex functional and technical issues. •Diagnose root causes across application layers, integrations, interfaces, and data flows, drive timely resolution. •Support end users across front, middle, and back-office functions, ensuring smooth trading and risk operations. •Maintain strong understanding of trading workflows, including trade capture, scheduling, confirmations, settlements, and risk reporting. •Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enhancements, configuration changes, and new functionalities. •Partner with development teams and technical architects to design and test system enhancements and customizations. •Perform functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT). Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, and/or equivalent work experience in a related field •Demonstrated expertise in and comfortable using multiple technologies such as VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, HTML, XML, JSON, PHP, JavaScript and SQL. •Proficient in testing methods and tools; win/load runner, TFS and/or Azure Devops •Proficient in Waterfall and Agile development methodologies •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Operational familiarity with ITIL concepts and the ability to follow problem, change, and incident management processes and procedures Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
