Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred. •3 or more years of industry experience in RF component or system testing and automation. •In-depth knowledge of RF theory and practical application, including transmission line theory, impedance matching, and noise figure analysis. •Hands-on experience using RF laboratory equipment and test environments. •Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. •Operational familiarity with wireless technologies including 4G, 5G, radar, land mobile radio, public safety communications, tactical radios, or drone communication systems.
