Day shift 6:30am start time. •As a Test Technician Level 3 •You’ll use your skills to work on Low to Medium Complexity Hardware, under general supervision. •Determines compliance to test specifications, using methods and procedures from drawings, standard work and diagrams. •May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment. •May provide guidance to entry level production test technicians and support workers in the execution of production testing tasks. •Maintain required certifications. •Strengthen knowledge of CAES 6S framework and actively participate in 6S initiatives. Qualifications: •Knowledge of equipment associated within the Test functions in a manufacturing environment •Basic computer skills •Detail-oriented with good manual and eye dexterity (precise) •Demonstrated capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new challenges •Willingness to take on diverse projects and work with different teams valid security clearance either or the ability to obtain one •High school diploma or GED equivalent •Good manual dexterity and experience/willingness to work using a microscope and small hand-tools. •Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, small tools, or controls •Reach with hands and arms •Sitting.
