Required Skills: •Coordinate and oversee daily laboratory activities, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal resource utilization •Assign tasks and projects to laboratory technicians based on priorities, capabilities, and workload requirements •Schedule and coordinate service visits from external vendors and calibration services •Manage laboratory scheduling to maximize equipment utilization and meet project deadlines •Provide technical guidance and mentorship to laboratory personnel •Ensure compliance with safety protocols and laboratory best practices •Support and implement quality management systems for laboratory procedures and processes •Develop, review, and maintain standard operating procedures for RF measurement activities Qualifications: •Proven leadership experience with laboratory teams and technical personnel •Expert knowledge of dielectric measurement techniques including loaded waveguide and coaxial probe methods •Proficiency with computer-aided design software (SolidWorks preferred) •The ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret clearance and Department of Homeland Security Fitness is required for this position.
