Required Skills: •The Fellow serves as a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert, driving technology innovation, influencing product and technology roadmaps, solving complex technical challenges, and mentoring engineering talent to advance the organization's technical capabilities and strategic objectives. •Serve as the organization's technical authority for RF payloads and related technologies. •Provide technical leadership in the design, development, integration, and evaluation of RF payloads, products, and communication systems. •Develop product and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future market needs. •Lead technical trade studies, architecture evaluations, and engineering analyses to support product and technology development. •Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to improve product performance, manufacturability, reliability, and cost competitiveness. •Support business development activities by providing technical expertise for customer engagements, proposals, and solution development. •Resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance throughout the product lifecycle, from concept through production and sustainment. Qualifications: •Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Microwave Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field. Ph.D. preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain and maintain required security clearances or customer-specific access requirements, as applicable.
