Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop competitive offers and pay decisions, ensuring alignment with market data, internal equity, and business needs. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to implement and optimize rewards tools, systems, and processes, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, supporting audits and maintaining high data integrity. •You're The Right Fit If •You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards or related areas. •Your skills include proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools, and experience with Power BI, supported by a strong analytical and quantitative background. •You bring experience using HRIS and compensation systems (preferably Workday), AI literacy, along with solid knowledge of U.S. compensation practices, laws, and regulations. Experience with Canada Rewards and U.S. benefits is a plus. •You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
