Required Skills: •The Total Rewards Manager will help build competitive, equitable and scalable rewards programs that support G42 Americas as it grows across North America and Europe. •The successful candidate will combine strong compensation expertise with advanced analytics, market insight and practical program execution across salary structures, market pricing, job evaluation, annual planning and workforce cost modelling. •Partner closely with Human Capital, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal and business leaders, translating complex rewards data into clear recommendations for hiring, retention, internal mobility and organizational decisions. •Design, develop and manage compensation programs across the United States, Canada, France and Ireland. •Lead salary structure design, annual compensation planning, pay governance and program administration. •Support compensation decisions for hiring, promotions, internal mobility and organizational change. •Conduct market pricing, benchmarking and competitor rewards analysis across AI, cloud, hyperscaler, semiconductor and software talent markets. •Build advanced compensation models, scenario analyses and workforce cost forecasts. Qualifications: •Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification. •Knowledge of equity and long-term incentive programs. •You translate complex market data into practical, business-focused rewards decisions. •You balance competitiveness, equity, governance and speed in high-growth talent markets. •You are comfortable building from a blank canvas while maintaining disciplined controls and data quality. •You communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and turn analysis into decisive recommendations. •You combine strategic thinking with hands-on ownership of program design and execution. •G42 Americas is a company for builders.
