Hiring: Revenue & Accounting Operations Manager Company: Felt Right Location: Bluffdale, UT Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 12:01:10 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : HubSpot, Microsoft Excel, REST, SaaS, Shopify, Systems Design, Vendor Management About the job Experience: •6 years of combined experience across revenue operations, sales operations, or CRM Required Skills: •Serve as the administrator for our HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub Professional and Service Hub •Professional), including custom objects, properties, pipelines, workflows, and user management. •Build and maintain dashboards and reports for sales performance, pipeline health, and channel attribution. •Own data integrity across the revenue stack: deduplication, required fields, lifecycle stages, and consistent source attribution. •Maintain the connection between Shopify order data and HubSpot records so that commercial and residential revenue can be reported accurately in one place. •Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and the rest of our tooling. •Partner with sales and marketing to translate reporting needs into durable system design rather than one-off spreadsheets. •Prepare accurate monthly commission reports for the sales team, reconciled to booked and recognized revenue. Qualifications: •CRM: Demonstrated HubSpot administration experience — not just using HubSpot, but configuring it. You should be comfortable building custom properties, workflows, and reports without a consultant. •Excel/Sheets: Advanced skills. Pivot tables, lookups, and multi-source reconciliation are routine parts of this job. •Work Style: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning processes independently in a small, fast-moving, onsite environment. •Applied hands-on capability in general ledger accounting, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations, strong •Ecommerce or Shopify experience, particularly in a business selling to both consumer and commercial buyers.
