These proactive activities can include webinars, e-newsletters, video messaging, carrier sponsored events, and advisor recognition and appreciation programs. •Drive electronic order entry to streamline new business for advisors •Support business and administrative functions of the Retirement Income Consultant and work in conjunction to assist in filling their calendar with appointments as necessary. •Assist with transactions to accommodate advisors •Find solutions to service issues and overcome carrier deficiencies when applicable •Deliver effective presentations to promote Ash Brokerage products, services, resources, and competitive advantages. •Respond to inbound service and sales-related calls, provide excellent customer experience to all internal and external customers.
