Required Skills: - Respond to inbound calls from existing IRA clients and referrals, assess client needs, and help clients make informed investment decisions. - Quickly analyze each client's circumstances, present relevant options, and educate clients on retirement and investment concepts to identify opportunities to deepen relationships and gather additional assets. - Assist clients with account and investment questions, including asset movement, trading, and day-to-day service inquiries. - Work collaboratively with the team and refer clients who require more sophisticated advice to senior advisors. - Achieve monthly productivity targets, including timely follow-up on sales leads and client opportunities. - Stay informed about market trends, retirement regulations, and the full range of Manulife John Hancock Wealth solutions. Qualifications: - FINRA SIE and Series 7 and 63 licenses; Series 65 required within 90 days of being hired. - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Strong client service and sales skills, with the ability to quickly uncover client needs and present appropriate solutions. - Strong retirement and investment knowledge, with the ability to educate clients on available solutions. - Ability to manage time and resources efficiently and work effectively within a collaborative team structure. - Motivated by solving problems, thrives in an environment of empowerment and accountability, and applies lessons from setbacks to improve performance. Compensation: - Salary range: $40,000.00 – $66,700.00 USD (for applicants in Massachusetts).
