Required Skills: •If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working behind the scenes to improve processes and support business operations, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a multi-state retail organization •Own product creation, setup, and maintenance within MJ Freeway and other seed-to-sale systems across assigned markets. •Ensure new products are accurately configured and available in retail systems prior to arriving in stores. •Partner with Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to gather, validate, and maintain product information including pricing, cost, product attributes, and compliance requirements. •Maintain product master data and ensure consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance across all retail locations. •Serve as the primary point of contact for product setup requests and product-related system support. •Identify opportunities to improve product creation workflows, data quality, and operational efficiency. •Support store teams through training, documentation, and communication related to product setup processes and system updates. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. •Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to maintain high levels of data accuracy in fast-paced environments. •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with large data sets, pivot tables, lookups, and data validation. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and stay organized in a high-volume environment. •Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience partnering across multiple departments. •Understanding of retail product lifecycle management, inventory processes, merchandising, and product data governance. •Analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence. •Advanced experience with business intelligence, reporting, and data warehouse platforms. •Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate insights and recommendations to various audiences. •Knowledge of cannabis compliance requirements and regulated retail environments.
