This role combines team leadership, recruiting, coaching, and operational oversight to deliver successful event execution and business results. •Hire, train, coach, and develop Product Demonstrators. •Lead day-to-day event execution and ensure quality and compliance standards are met. •Monitor team performance, attendance, scheduling, and event execution metrics. •Conduct coaching sessions, audits, and performance reviews. •Serve as the primary point of contact for store leadership. •Manage reporting, payroll accuracy, expenses, and operational compliance.
