Some of the roles include delivering medication and pharmaceutical care to its community such as, immunizations, patient consultation, medication therapy management. •Partner cross-functionally with administrative and physician leadership within partnered health centers to implement pharmacist driven clinical and dispensing services to the patients served. •Implement best practices and ensure department compliance. •Ensure adequate staffing is present to fulfill the needs of the pharmacy. •Maintain accurate records of all prescription medication received and dispensed. •Ensure policies are in place regarding accurate dispensing and labeling of prescriptions and those policies are followed.
