Required Skills: •The Asset Protection investigator is a full-time hourly employee reporting directly to the Asset Protection Leadership Team. This role will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of Asset Protection, investigations, physical security, and safety for The RealReal’s Authentication Center. •What You Get To Do Everyday •Manage all inbound and outbound investigations. •Identify, investigate, and bring to closure incidents of internal theft, external theft and fraud cases as needed.. •Develop and maintain strong relationships with Law Enforcement. •Maintain all employee ID badge issuance and access control standards, Conduct High Value Investigations •Review and audit procedures of all inbound and outbound merchandise. •Conduct quality inspections on packaging and documentation ensuring all Asset Protection measures have been adhered too.
