Required Skills: •Provide a wide spectrum of energy engineering and energy management functions •Supporting facility repair and construction activities •Providing design review comments •Project management support •Identification of energy savings projects Qualifications: •A four-year engineering degree (preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering) and/or a registered Professional Engineer registration with a minimum of 5 years of experience in energy management. •An Environmental Science, business or related degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in energy management. •A two-year technical degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in energy management. •No college degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience in energy management. •Certified Energy Manager (CEM)- CEM Exam will need to be taken and passed after 120 days of hire. •T1 Investigation for a CAC card is required •Must be a United States Citizen •Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
