Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent, plus ten years' experience in a combination of engineering design and construction/construction observation activities, including management and supervision of field personnel. •Demonstrated capacity to direct highly complex and specialized construction engineering administration and inspection program. •ODOT and OTA experience preferred. •Operational familiarity with ODOT specification and standards preferred.
