Hiring: Research Services Clinical Program Manager – AAI Program Manager Company: University of Colorado Location: Aurora, CO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 20:28:44 Employment Type: Full-time / Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : AI, EHR, EMR, GCP, Program Management, Project Management About the job Required Skills: •Lead day-to-day operations of the oculomics program, ensuring study activities, workflows, staffing, and timelines are coordinated and executed effectively. •Ensure adherence to the study protocol, IRB requirements, data-management procedures, and quality standards, while identifying and resolving workflow issues that could affect data integrity or participant recruitment. •Monitor enrollment, imaging volume, staffing capacity, and other key performance metrics; identify opportunities for process improvement and work with leadership to expand and optimize the oculomics program. •Coordinate with investigators, clinical teams, research staff, and participating clinics to identify eligible participants, facilitate enrollment, and ensure study procedures are integrated efficiently into clinical workflows •Serve as lead for meetings, including scheduling meetings, distributing meeting invites, developing agendas, leading discussions, distributing summaries and actions items, providing necessary follow-up, and tracking of tasks. •Triage and prioritize information and questions flowing to, across and out from the team. •Identify and implement ways to improve and streamline internal processes, including developing new internal or programmatic process policies as needed. •Prepare reporting deliverables (e.g. weekly/monthly enrollment reports, requested documentation, yearly reporting to program evaluation committee, etc.). Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in any field •A combination of education and related technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis. •Four (4) years of clinical research or related experience •Bachelor’s degree in science or health related field •Five (5) years clinical research or related experience •Prior experience providing program and/or project management duties in a clinical research setting •Competencies, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities •Strong project management skills and experience within a complex and diverse environment •Advanced knowledge and understanding of federal regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) •Demonstration of strong analytical and problem-solving skills Compensation: •$70,446 - $94,398 / year •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
