Required Skills: •Product Leadership •Lead product development and implementation of new formulations, while providing technical support for the Underarm portfolio in the personal care category. •Drive formula development, validation, scale-up (in collaboration with Supply Chain), and final implementation. •Build project plans that align with business objectives by applying technical expertise in experimental design, measurement science, and formulation. •Project & Resource Management: Independently manage multiple concurrent technical projects while leveraging internal and external resources effectively. •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively across multi-disciplinary teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, Insights, and Quality. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering or a related field. •Working knowledge and proven experience in aerosol product development and implementation. •Understanding of aerosol packaging and its direct impact on overall product performance. •Master’s or Doctoral degree in Chemistry, Engineering or a related field. •Understand industry/competitive trends, claim substantiation and regulatory requirements for EU cosmetic products. •Project management. •Strong oral and written communication skills. •Self-motivated and able to work well within a dynamic team environment. •Possess strong project planning/prioritization and management, analytical decision making and organizational skills. •Possess excellent interpersonal and team skills; ability to communicate and influence and thrive in a cross functional environment.
