Support experiments under established protocols and assist with molecular/cellular biology workflows. Maintain careful records and follow rigorous aseptic technique and contamination-prevention procedures. •SOPs, training, documentation, and general laboratory support •Assist with development and implementation of SOPs; maintain shared protocols and documentation; help train new laboratory members in routine laboratory procedures; support laboratory safety and compliance; assist with additional research and operational needs as appropriate. Qualifications: •The successful candidate will be hired at the RESA I, II, III, or IV level depending on education, relevant experience, and demonstrated level of independence in laboratory operations, mammalian cell culture, and research support. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate. •RESA I: Bachelor’s degree in biology, biomedical sciences, bioengineering, or a related field. •RESA II: Master’s degree in a related field, or bachelor’s degree plus at least two years of relevant experience. •RESA III: PhD in a related field, or master’s degree plus at least two years of highly relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree plus at least four years of highly relevant experience. •RESA IV: PhD in a related field plus at least two years of highly relevant experience, or master’s degree plus at least four years of highly relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree plus at least six years of highly relevant experience.
