Hiring: Research & Development Paralegal (SETA) - Department of War (On Client Site) Company: QinetiQ US Location: Chantilly, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:36:47 Target Skills & Keywords : AI, Accessibility, Machine Learning, Microsoft Office About the job Experience: •3 years of experience performing advanced paralegal work in the Federal Government OR a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school Required Skills: •Ethics Program (Standard of Conduct) •Documentation and correspondence preparation in support of congressional inquiries research and documentation preparation surrounding policies, regulations and implementations associated with RDT&E projects within the Department of War •Coordination of correspondence, communication and implementation of DAFA policies as it related to General Counsel •Assist with all phases of the ethics program regarding matters such as financial disclosure reports, ethics inquiries and preparation of draft documents in support of legal recommendations •Assist with the development of training materials, briefings and instructions materials in support of General Counsel •Provide Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) support, litigation support and protest support to General Counsel •Additional tasks and duties as identified by the General Counsel •Excellent Time management, multi-tasking skills, and attention to detail Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree AND 3 years of experience performing advanced paralegal work in the Federal Government OR a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school •Requires excellent written and oral communication skills with the knowledge and skills to interact with senior executive management officials •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. •Previous experience and user of DoD Office and networks to include but not limited to CATMS, SAM.gov and telecommunications systems such as NSTS, TSVTC etc. •If because of a medical condition or disability you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process, please send an e-mail to staffing@us. •QinetiQ.com or call (540) 658-2720 Opt. 1 and let us know the nature of your request and contact information.
