Required Skills: •Coordinate day-to-day research activities across multiple ViVE projects and studies. •Maintain project timelines, trackers, study documentation, and deliverables. •Support IRB submissions, amendments, renewals, and regulatory documentation. •Coordinate participant recruitment, scheduling, data collection, and study activities as applicable. •Support REDCap databases, data entry, data quality, and research documentation. •Coordinate research meetings, track action items, and follow up on deadlines. •Support preparation of manuscripts, abstracts, presentations, reports, and grant-related materials. •Maintain manuscript and publication tracking across ViVE projects. Qualifications: •Master’s or Bachelor’s and 0-2 years’ experience; or will accept a combination of related education and experience in substitution. •2+ years of research coordination or related research experience.; or will accept a combination of related education and experience in substitution. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
