Required Skills: •PCR Testing: Develop, optimize, and transfer PCR methods (qPCR, dPCR, ddPCR) for molecular testing. •Cell & Proteomic Assays: Support automated cell counters, cell-based cytotoxicity assays, flow cytometry, and ELISA-based testing. •Extracellular Vesicles and Particle Analysis: Nanoparticle Tracking, Light Scattering, and Nano Flow Cytometry •Biophysical Analysis: Run and troubleshoot UHPLC methods (Reverse Phase, Size Exclusion) for purity and residual analysis. •Data Documentation: Maintain precise electronic lab notebooks and draft GMP technical protocols or reports. •Lab Maintenance: Calibrate lab instrumentation, troubleshoot performance errors and handle routine equipment upkeep. •Safety & Compliance: Follow all environmental health and safety standards while meeting regulatory guidelines.
