This role involves retrieving, preparing, and correcting documents to ensure high-quality scanning, as well as organizing and transporting materials throughout the facility. •Balance detailed document handling with physically active warehouse tasks, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting strict quality and turnaround standards. •Review pull lists and retrieve documents from storage or designated areas •Prepare documents for rescanning by correcting physical issues •Ensure documents meet quality standards before reprocessing •Log activity, track errors, and follow established workflows •Assemble and organize document batches for processing •Transport, stage, and organize boxes within the warehouse Qualifications: •Strong attention to detail when handling and preparing documents •Demonstrated capacity to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks •Demonstrated capacity to lift up to 40 lbs consistently throughout the shift •Basic computer skills (data entry, tracking, Excel or similar systems) •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record •Demonstrated capacity to safely operate a company vehicle (box truck or cargo van; no CDL required) •Demonstrated capacity to use ladders and move materials safely •Must be able to clear a criminal background check •Must be at least 18 years of age or older Compensation: •$29,640 - $37,050 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
