Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Operations Research, Program and Project Management, or a related discipline. •Active NATO or National Secret clearance with the appropriate national authority for the duration of the contract. •Must be a national of a NATO member country. •Demonstrated proficiency in English, as defined by STANAG 6001, Standardized Linguistic Profile (SLP) 3333in Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing, or equivalent. •Demonstrable recent experience, within the last 5 years, managing requirements in accordance with formal configuration and change management processes. •Demonstrable recent experience within the last 5 years supporting processes formally certified in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard. •Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.
