If you’re ready to grow your career and make an impact in fintech, we have one question~ Are you FIS? •What You Will Be Doing •Analyze retirement plan documents to assess design features, compliance requirements, and regulatory alignment •Translate business and client requirements into customized, compliant prototype plan documents •Draft, maintain, and update plan documents including 401(k), profit sharing, and money purchase plans •Perform protected benefits reviews to preserve participant rights during plan changes and conversions •Identify inconsistencies, gaps, and risks across plan documents and recommend effective solutions Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience •Strong knowledge of defined contribution retirement plans and plan document structures •Solid functional working knowledge of ERISA, IRS qualification rules, and regulatory compliance standards •Demonstrated capacity to interpret complex legal and technical information with high attention to detail •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills •Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, structured documentation •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams •QKA (Qualified 401(k) Administrator) certification or advanced credential such as QKC or ERPA •Operational familiarity with plan document systems such as Relius or similar platforms •Exposure to document quality assurance processes and discrepancy resolution Compensation: •$70,390 - $119,670 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
