Then the South Carolina Department of Social Services has the right job opportunity for you. •Monitors and evaluates staff performance through review of APS batch reports and other performance data. Holds staff accountable for meeting program goals and delivering effective protective services while ensuring interventions align with the least restrictive environment appropriate to each client. •Coordinates communication and collaboration with community partners, clients, families, and internal staff to support program operations, strengthen service delivery, and maintains effective working relationships across disciplines. •Assesses and supports clients’ access to long-term services, including facilitating financial resources, guardianship or conservatorship, emergency services, and coordination with probate or family court as appropriate. •Serves as liaison with the State Office and Adult Advocacy Division. Ensures required reports, referrals, and documentation are accurate, complete, and submitted within established timeframes, including Critical Incident Reports, Medicaid documentation, ACP, Mental Health, OIDD, and Emergency Funds. •Supports emergency response operations, including Red Cross sheltering and disaster-related services; coordinates documentation, monitoring, and development of client emergency plans. Qualifications: •A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration or a related field and three (3) years experience in Human Services or Social Services Programs. •A Master's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration or a related field and one (1) year of experience in Human Services or Social Services Programs. •This application for employment with the SC Department of Social Services must be completed in its entirety. •A resume may be included; but shall not be substituted in lieu of the completion of this application in part or in whole.
