Hiring: Repair Supervisor - GA Company: Sparus Holdings Location: Peachtree Corners, GA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 12:00:12 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : NetSuite About the job Experience: •3+ years of experience in a repair, service, or manufacturing environment Required Skills: •Team Management •Directly supervise repair technicians and shipping/receiving personnel •Assign and prioritize work orders to maintain throughput and meet turnaround targets •Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and identify training needs •Coordinate staffing coverage and cross-training to support operational continuity •Oversee the end-to-end repair workflow: RMA intake, evaluation and triage, repair and calibration, QC, and outbound shipping •Ensure all work is performed in accordance with current SOPs for instrument repair and calibration •Monitor work order status and intervene to resolve bottlenecks or quality issues Qualifications: •Prior supervisory or lead technician experience •Demonstrated ability to read and follow technical SOPs and work instructions •Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a shop-floor environment •Effective written and verbal communication skills •Operational familiarity with calibration documentation and NIST traceability requirements •Background in shipping/receiving operations, including carrier management and packaging standards •Primarily shop/lab environment; occasional exposure to calibration gases in a ventilated space •May require occasional lifting up to 40 lbs •Standard Monday through Friday schedule; additional hours may be required during high-volume periods or month-end close •This is an ONSITE position; NON Remote!!
