The Specialist will support the Cat Rental Store’s growth strategy, revenue targets, and margin goals by targeting and visiting customer job sites within the central-Ohio territory. •Business Development: Increase rental revenue by fostering strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular job site visits within the designated territory. •Technical Proficiency: Provide technical assistance for customers regarding product specifications and applications that provide accurate solutions tailored to their needs. Learn how to use our IT systems for quotes, rental, sales, reservations, and territory management. •Sales Tools: Maintain accurate sales and customer pipeline activity records in CRM software. Negotiate prices on equipment rentals and sales. •Collaboration: Work closely with Rental Coordinators, Rental Sales Representatives, Rental Sales Management, and other departments to provide accurate quotes and secure equipment to satisfy customer needs.
