In this role, you will be responsible for renewing and generating expansion opportunities. You will work with your Sigma colleagues to maximize customer value and to grow their business. •Develop professional and personal relationships with key stakeholders within each customer account •Partner with Customer Success to minimize attrition, identify growth opportunities, drive adoption and increase usage •Interface directly with customers to create a strategy for achieving goals and assist Customer Success with removing barriers to business growth •Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Product, Engineering, and Alliances. •Be able to communicate feedback and insights to the business. to improve product and customer experience •Serve as an advocate for our customers and set appropriate expectations Compensation: •The base salary range for this position is $100k - 120k annually.
