Hiring: Remote Business Intelligence Manager Company: Kastle Systems Location: Lithia Springs, GA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 10:29:17 Target Skills & Keywords : HTML About the job Required Skills: •Partner with senior leadership and operational teams to identify reporting needs and develop business intelligence solutions that support company objectives. •Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, reports, and analytics tools using Smartsheet and related platforms. •Establish, monitor, and continuously improve company KPIs across Operations, Service, Project Management, Sales, Engineering, and Business Operations. •Develop automated reporting processes that improve data accuracy, visibility, and decision-making. •Analyze operational trends and business performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains. •Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of the company's Smartsheet environment. •Develop workflows, automations, forms, dashboards, and reports that support business operations and project execution. •Integrate Smartsheet with Microsoft 365 applications, CRM platforms, project management tools, and other third-party systems.
