Required Skills: •Business Development & Client Growth •Identify, develop, and direct the implementation of business strategy for the Department, including operational strategies and procedures, marketing and pricing strategy, sales, and customer retention strategy. •Deepen and expand existing client relationships across industrial, municipal, power and utilities, federal, and oil and gas sectors — developing projects within established accounts while simultaneously capturing new client workload to drive revenue growth. •Serve as a Client Account Manager for target clients, providing guidance to Client Account Coordinators who will take primary responsibility for ultimate delivery of services and client satisfaction. •Create and cultivate key relationships within target client organizations, including vertical relationship planning across client accounts. •Identify program and project opportunities early and facilitate go/no-go decisions in cooperation with ENS office and practice leadership. •Develop approaches to convert remedial investigation and design projects into construction opportunities, preferably as design-build or engineer-procure-construct (EPC) programs. •Facilitate pursuit strategy and capture plan development to pre-sell projects prior to RFP release. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, geology, or related field from an accredited program. •Demonstrated track record of business development success — including growing existing client accounts and winning new clients across diverse market sectors. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of applying intensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices across broad areas of assignment. •Demonstrated capacity to devise new approaches to challenges encountered in complex, multi-sector remediation environments. •Previous people management or leadership experience preferred. •This job posting will remain open a minimum of 72 hours and on an ongoing basis until filled.
