Hiring: Reliability Manager, Manufacturing Facilities Company: Bloom Energy Location: Newark, DE Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:41:44 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Lean Manufacturing, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Revenue Cycle Management, Six Sigma, Vendor Management About the job Experience: •B.S. in Engineering or relevant experience in Facilities •Minimum 5 years relevant experience in leading a team and talent management. •Demonstrated ability to resolve mechanical and electrical problems. •Proven ability to successfully manage a team with multiple projects to meet deadlines amidst changing requirements, deadlines, and priorities. •Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is required, new system implementation/launch experience preferred Required Skills: •Reliability & Asset Management Leadership •Develop and implement a comprehensive Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategy for all facility assets, utilities, and infrastructure systems. •Establish maintenance programs that maximize equipment availability, reliability, and lifecycle performance while minimizing unplanned downtime. •Lead failure analysis activities including Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and corrective action implementation. •Develop criticality assessments for facility assets and establish maintenance plans aligned with business risk and operational requirements. •Utilize predictive maintenance technologies and condition-based monitoring tools to optimize asset performance. •Create long-term reliability roadmaps for HVAC, process utilities, electrical distribution systems, compressed air systems, water treatment systems, and building infrastructure. •Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and Reliability Excellence methodologies. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to stand/walk for extended periods (e.g., 4–12 hours) •Demonstrated capacity to sit for extended periods •Demonstrated capacity to bend, kneel, reach, or twist •Demonstrated capacity to climb stairs/ladders if required •Use team lift for heavier loads •Use hands/fingers to operate machinery, tools, or computers •Handle small components or fine motor tasks •Visual acuity for inspection or reading materials •Demonstrated capacity to distinguish colors or small details •Hearing ability to detect alarms and communicate effectively Compensation: •$88,600 - $127,400 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
