Required Skills: •Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and maximize uptime. •Promote and ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA requirements, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe work practices. •Audit maintenance programs and procedures to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and continuous improvement. •Monitor, analyze, and improve key maintenance performance indicators, including equipment uptime, mean time between failures (MTBF), mean time to repair (MTTR), and maintenance costs. •Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities for chronic and major equipment failures. •Direct and coordinate responses to extended equipment breakdowns using 8D and other structured problem-solving methodologies. •Standardize equipment repair procedures and maintenance best practices across the facility. •Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce technical downtime and improve equipment performance. Qualifications: •Six Sigma certification, Green Belt or higher preferred. •Operational familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and tools. •Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, and Maintenance. •Strong analytical skills to monitor and improve maintenance performance indicators such as uptime, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs. •Comfort working in an environment undergoing change and supporting new line installations and modernization initiatives. •This is a Permanent position based out of Versailles, KY.
