Required Skills: •We are seeking a results-driven •Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) on critical equipment failures. •Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs. •Monitor equipment performance metrics (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) and identify areas for reliability improvement. •Assist facilities in managing critical spare parts programs. •Assist facilities in the development and management of lubrication programs. •Collect and analyze equipment and maintenance data to drive decision-making and track asset health. •Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and reliability tools (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
