Required Skills: •Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, chronic failures, and opportunities for reliability improvement. •Develop, implement, and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. •Lead root cause analysis and failure modes and effects analysis to investigate equipment failures and recommend corrective actions in a timely manner. •Partner cross-functionally with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to resolve equipment reliability issues and implement sustainable solutions. •Evaluate and optimize asset life cycle strategies, including spare parts management, equipment upgrades, and replacements. •Support capital projects by providing input on equipment selection, reliability specifications, and risk assessments. •Utilize reliability tools and software (e.g., CMMS, vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication analysis, etc.) to improve equipment uptime and reduce unplanned downtime. •Continuously work to improve equipment uptime, quality performance, and throughput by optimizing reliability and maintenance practices. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent. •Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MES, CMMS, and M365 •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project or equivalent project management software. •Strong background in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) with a proven ability to identify and implement corrective actions. •Formal training or experience in equipment failure modes and/or material failure modes. •Effective communication, collaboration, interpersonal and teamwork skills. •Demonstrated capacity to learn and apply new technologies, equipment, and processes. •Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills. •BS in engineering (mechanical, industrial, electrical, or closely related engineering field.) •Technical certification such as vibration analysis, thermography, or NDT.
