Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. •Maintenance Leadership •Design Engineering •Proven success improving asset performance and manufacturing reliability. •Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline. •Certifications in Reliability, Maintenance, Tribology, Lubrication, Vibration Analysis, Ultrasonics, Metallurgy, or related specialties. •Predictive and proactive maintenance strategies •Engineering statistics and data analytics •Vibration monitoring and condition-based maintenance Compensation: •$98,000 - $145,000 / year •Candidates relocating 50+ miles are eligible for a $10,000 relocation bonus plus a comprehensive relocation package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
