The Reliability Engineer will define the test methods and product requirements needed to develop durable, disruptive, and market-leading products. •A successful candidate will bring curiosity, accountability, and strong experience in requirements definition, test development, validation, and data acquisition to the new product development team. The candidate enjoys a fast-paced work environment with excellent visibility and opportunities to grow. •Product Development •Be a subject matter expert in the new product development team with respect to test methods, product requirements, user needs, and reliability •Develop critical to quality (CTQ) requirements from collaboration with product management and participation in user needs research •Partner cross-functionally with engineering and marketing to define product specifications with respect to all aspects of reliability, quality, and user needs •Design experimental techniques to improve development and testing efforts •Interact with global suppliers that participate in product development Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related engineering field with 2-5 years of experience in similar product development, reliability, test, or quality roles •Strong analytical problem-solving skills and sound statistical application in areas such as design of experiments, sampling techniques, regression, reliability, FMEAs, hypothesis testing, etc. •Applied hands-on capability in data acquisition systems, data analytics, and related software (e.g. Python, nCode Glyphworks, Dewesoft, LabVIEW) •Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels with creative problem-solving capabilities •Demonstrated capacity to travel 10% (includes both domestic and international) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
