Qualifications: •A BS/BA degree in Engineering with a minimum of five years of experience. •Operational familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems. •Operational familiarity with reliability and industrial engineering methods/processes such as: FMEA, RCA, Lean Six Sigma, etc. •Excellent written and oral communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to function well in a fast-paced operations environment, set priorities to accomplish multiple tasks within deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. •Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and to participate creatively in collaborative teams across the laboratory. •Work involves various physical requirements and working conditions. As such, a pre-hire physical will be required after offer. •Q clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance from the Department of Energy. As such, this position is a Workplace Substance Abuse (WSAP) testing designated position.
