Hiring: Reliability Engineer Company: JLL Location: Albany, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:11:40 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Product Data Management, Regulatory Compliance, Revenue Cycle Management, Root Cause Analysis About the job Experience: •BS in an Engineering discipline, mechanical or electrical preferred. •Five to 10 years’ experience implementing RCM, CbM/PdM methods, operating building automation and energy management systems, and thorough understanding of asset management, data analytics, and capital planning approaches. •Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems. •Extensive knowledge of commercial, critical, manufacturing, labs, or distribution facility types required. •Demonstrated capacity to use variety of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and IT tools Required Skills: •Recognizes that assignments are broad in nature and require appreciable originality and ingenuity to complete them and considerable latitude for un-reviewed actions or decisions. •Asset Management •Works under general direction of Engineering Services Reliability & Asset Management platform for instruction in deploying client’s strategic asset management plan with matrix reporting back to the clients lead engineer (FM). •Integrates data from BAS, automated fault detection diagnostic engines, maintenance programs, and capital planning processes to develop life-cycle analyses and recommendations for repair vs. replacement decisions. •Support all efforts in the execution of site level Asset Management & Reliability programs and processes to effectively increase machine/facility system reliability and compliance. •Conducts program and system/equipment audits on a periodic and as needed basis. Audits will generally be focused on safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance effectiveness, cost savings, and energy conservation. •Supports JLL operational compliance program and follows company safety and health guidelines and other company policies. •Coordinates the use of other engineers, technicians, and third-party resources to accomplish the objective of cost-effective Asset Management & Reliability improvements for maintenance and projects.
