The RTE facilitates ART ceremonies, coaches teams in Lean‑Agile practices, and helps tailor SAFe to the organization’s needs. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to work full-time on-site in Washington, DC •Demonstrated capacity to pass and maintain additional suitability screenings as required by customer •Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years relevant experience, or master’s with 6–10 years (experience may substitute for degree). •Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. •Strong time‑management skills and attention to detail. •3–5 years of ServiceNow administration or configuration experience. •ITIL foundation knowledge or certification. •Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence. •12 years relevant experience, or master’s with 6–10 years (experience may substitute for degree).
