Required Skills: •Create, manage, and close change tickets; obtain approvals; communicate status throughout the release lifecycle. •Engage in technical discussions and problem-solving sessions during deployment; provide subject-matter expertise in Change Management. •Coordinate cross-functionally with QA, Development, packaging, and hardware teams to plan and execute releases. •Maintain the schedule of planned releases; perform risk analysis and readiness assessments. •Ensure adherence to VA change management processes to deploy releases and changes efficiently and compliantly. Qualifications: •Bachelor's in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Research or related fields with 5+ years (or commensurate experience) •Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience (or commensurate experience) •Demonstrated capacity to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance •ITIL certification or equivalent practical experience in IT Service Management.
