Qualifications: •7+ years of experience in Release Management, Program Management, Product Delivery, Software Development, DevOps, or related technical leadership roles. •Proven experience managing complex software releases across multiple teams and workstreams. •In-depth knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD concepts, and modern software delivery models. •Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and influence teams without direct authority. •Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. •Knowledge of change management and IT service management practices. •PMP, SAFe, Scrum, Agile, or related certifications.
