Required Skills: •As a Relationship Specialist within the Strategic Relationship Team, you will play a critical role by partnering with the strategic account team to develop and implement business plans for key intermediaries on both wealth and retirement plan products and services. •Represent Capital Group by meeting with home office contacts virtually and in person through travel to conferences, workshops, and offices. •Identify opportunities to provide business solutions through interactions with the North American Client Groups (NACG) strategic clients and develop plans to address client needs. •Identify opportunities to promote internal initiatives from NACG, marketing, and support groups. •Serve as a point of contact regarding service, support, and education both internally at Capital Group and externally with your firms, demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness in all communications.
