Required Skills: •Finspire is seeking a Relationship Manager, Wealth & Retirement Services •This position requires strong communication skills, foundational financial services knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage client requests, service issues, meeting follow-up, and relationship support activities with guidance from senior team members. •The ideal candidate enjoys building trusted relationships, communicates clearly and proactively, and takes pride in delivering excellent client service. They are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across internal teams and external partners to help clients feel supported and well cared for. •Client Relationship Management •Serve as a key point of contact for clients, escalating more complex matters to senior advisors as appropriate. •Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service. •Participate in client review meetings and, as experience grows, lead portions of meetings in partnership with senior advisors. •Respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, Financial Planning, or related field preferred. •Licensing and professional credentials are preferred but not required. Preferred candidates may possess, or be actively working toward, Series 65, Series 7 and 66, and Life and Health Insurance licensing. Additional designations such as CFP®, CRPS®, AIF®, CPFA®, or progress toward professional certification are also preferred.
