Required Skills: •Interface directly with franchisees and franchisors (the brand) to generate ongoing deal-flow that supports the individual pipeline objectives. This can include visits to the franchisor and attendance at annual industry and franchisor conferences. •Build and maintain trusted relationships with franchise business owners and franchisors serving as a knowledgeable and responsive financing partner throughout the loan process and beyond •Originate small business loans to franchisees across a broad range of industries, business models, experience levels, and growth stages. •Consult with clients on a funding strategy that aligns to their development goals and commitments to the brand while accurately positioning ApplePie Capital’s lending solutions relative to other options. •Conduct pre-qualification assessments and analyze loan packages to determine fit, structure opportunities appropriately, and prepare submissions for credit approval. •Perform loan origination forecasts and maintain a pipeline that supports quarterly objectives. •Generate insights on process optimizations and competitive positioning •Manage your account portfolio to drive retention and expansion of our existing relationships. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent. •Outgoing, high-energy, and enjoy talking to people (role is heavily phone-based) •Interest in small business and entrepreneurship, as you will be speaking to small business owners and entrepreneurs about their businesses. •Willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig in to help drive our business forward. •Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, team-oriented, start-up environment. •Identification with our mission: to transform lending in the franchise industry and deliver value to investors who provide the capital to do so. •This role is a REMOTE ROLE.
