Act as the primary contact for custodians to ensure smooth account processing. Ensure compliance with periodic client review requirements. •Account Administration: Process new accounts, cashiering, transfers, and maintenance requests with accuracy and timeliness. Take ownership of asset transfers to guarantee seamless execution. Complete money movements per advisor or client requests while maintaining compliance standards. •Data & Records Management: Maintain accurate and complete client information in databases and systems. Stay current with operational updates and ensure data integrity. •Project & Process Management: Coordinate projects by defining expectations, timelines, and deliverables. Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and management. Assist with developing processes and procedures to increase accuracy and streamline workflows. Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress to meet project goals. •Training & Mentorship: Lead regular skill and competency training sessions. Support mentees as a subject matter expert in multiple operational areas. Encourage personal and professional growth among team members. •Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement: Research and resolve operational challenges using available tools.
