Required Skills: •Perform accounting tasks and analyses required to maintain reinsurance systems •Conduct data analysis and information processing using SQL reporting tools •Prepare miscellaneous data requests for various states •Assist in the preparation of actuarial triangles as required by management •Assist in preparing documentation for annual reinsurance contract renewals •Prepare quarterly and annual reporting exhibits for joint venture partners •Process and review excess loss billings •Perform and assist with reinsurance system maintenance Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field •Minimum of one year of accounting experience or completion of at least one accounting internship with professional references •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required •Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams on large-scale projects •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment •Accessible Leadership •Comprehensive on-site training in Edmond or Chandler, Oklahoma •Hybrid work options available post-training and major milestones •Exclusive to residents of Oklahoma •NAICO thrives on collaboration, innovation, and respect.
