Hiring: Regulatory Reporting Analyst Company: VanEck Location: New York, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 14:46:01 Employment Type: Full-time / On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Fixed Income, Microsoft Excel, Portfolio Management, Product Management About the job Experience: •2+ years of experience in fund administration and financial reporting preferred •Track record of hands-on problem solving Required Skills: •Annual and semi-annual financial statements and shareholder reports •Regulatory filings including 24f-2, N-PX, NFA, TSR, N-CSR and N-CEN •Active involvement with yearly fund audits where the individual prepares reports, liaises with internal and external teams to ensure the successful and timely completion of this critical business requirement •Prepare expense budgets and make expense payments •Prepare Board of Trustees reports •Review and report on securities lending activity •Monitor for potential productivity efficiencies and cost savings and report to management •Identify and implement AI-driven automation and process improvements within existing reporting models and procedures, reporting findings and outcomes to management Qualifications: •Knowledge about different asset classes (equity, fixed income) and investment products (mutual funds, ETFs) •Quantitative orientation; track record of data analysis and process improvement •Demonstrated capacity to understand the business objectives and processes of the firm including how data flows throughout the different systems and organization •Exposure to financial reporting platforms and software packages is a plus •Demonstrated capacity to work on-site a minimum of 3 days per week •Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; Finance or a related business discipline acceptable Compensation: •$65,000 - $75,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
