Required Skills: •The Regulatory Reporting Analyst supports the preparation and submission of Property & Casualty statistical and regulatory reports. This role assists in ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements by working with data, validating reporting outputs, and supporting process execution. •The Analyst will develop technical and analytical skills to contribute to data-driven reporting, improve data quality, and support ongoing enhancements to regulatory reporting processes. •In order to qualify for this position, you must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. •Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reporting and statistical reports (e.g., Workers’ Compensation, Proof of Coverage, unit statistical data, financial data calls). •Support understanding of regulatory requirements across jurisdictions and apply them to reporting activities. •Perform quality checks to help ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of submissions. •Help monitor reporting outputs and flag errors or inconsistencies for resolution. •Extract, manipulate, and analyze data to support regulatory reporting needs. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. •Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in regulatory reporting, data analysis, insurance operations, or related field. •Solid functional working knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools (ability to write and interpret basic queries). •Exposure to data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric) or programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus. •Operational familiarity with Property & Casualty insurance concepts. •Exposure to ISO, NCCI, NISS, or other regulatory/bureau reporting is helpful, but not required. •Strong attention to detail and accuracy. •Analytical mindset with developing problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks with guidance. •Effective written and verbal communication skills.
