Required Skills: •Lead the delivery and execution of enterprise regulatory change programs and strategic initiatives. •Partner with stakeholders across all lines of defense, business units, and operational teams to identify and implement solutions that address regulatory requirements and mitigate risk. •Facilitate governance forums, working groups, and stakeholder meetings to support effective decision making and program execution. •Manage program plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables across multiple initiatives. •Develop and maintain reporting, metrics, and business intelligence solutions to provide transparency into program performance and progress. •Translate regulatory and business requirements into actionable project plans and operational solutions. •Partner with business, technology, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful delivery of regulatory initiatives. •Drive adoption of program and change management best practices across supported initiatives. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. •Professional project management or change management certification is preferred.
